연세대학교 간호대학, 해외학자 초청세미나 개최
연세대학교 간호대학은 2026년 6월 4일 12-13시 자유관에서 일반대학원 간호학과와 BK21 교육연구단이 공동 주관하는 2026학년도 제2차 콜로퀴움 (해외학자 초청세미나)을 개최하였다.
이번 세미나는 미국 펜실베이니아대학교 간호대학의 Dalmacio Dennis Flores 교수를 초청하여 “Contemporary Nursing Practice in South Korea: Interventions for Families Navigating Diverse Child Identity Experiences”를 주제로 진행되었다. Flores 교수는 청소년과 가족의 건강, 다양한 정체성 경험을 가진 아동·청소년을 위한 간호중재를 주요 연구 분야로 하고 있다.
세미나에는 현장 약 50명, 온라인 약 20명이 참석하였으며, 강연 후 학생과 교수진의 질문이 이어졌다. Flores 교수는 본인의 연구 사례를 바탕으로 가족과 아동·청소년을 대상으로 한 간호중재의 실제 적용 방안에 대해 답변하며 참석자들과 활발히 교류하였다.
간호대학은 앞으로도 국내외 우수 연구자와의 교류를 확대하며, 글로벌 간호교육과 연구 역량을 강화해 나갈 계획이다.
Yonsei University College of Nursing held the 2026 2nd Colloquium (Special Seminar by an Invited International Scholar) from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on June 4, 2026, at Freedom Hall. The seminar was jointly hosted by the Department of Nursing, Graduate School, and the BK21 Education and Research Group.
The seminar featured Professor Dalmacio Dennis Flores from the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing under the theme “Contemporary Nursing Practice in South Korea: Interventions for Families Navigating Diverse Child Identity Experiences.” Professor Flores’ main research interests include adolescent and family health, as well as nursing interventions for children and adolescents with diverse identity experiences.
Approximately 50 participants attended in person, and about 20 participants joined online. After the lecture, students and faculty members actively participated in the Q&A session. Professor Flores shared his research experiences and discussed practical approaches to nursing interventions for children, adolescents, and families.
Yonsei University College of Nursing will continue to expand academic exchange with leading researchers in Korea and abroad and strengthen its global nursing education and research capacity.
